Successful designers at Allied regularly earn over $100k through a fully commissioned pay structure with ample opportunity for bonuses each month. Our top performers routinely exceed $200k in a calendar year. Due to the nature and need of establishing a sales pipeline within this role, a temporary salary is offered during the initial onboarding process to bridge this training gap.

Requirements:
  • Understands technology and comfortable switching from tablet/phone/laptop on the fly
    • Comfortable with G-suite, such as Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc
  • Firm grasp of the financial components of a sale and the details therein
  • Ability to measure both static and abstract spaces accurately
  • Sales or design experience desired but not required
    • Regardless of experience, markers of success must be present (awards, honors, history of promotions, etc)
  • Comfortable working hours that accommodate our clients and provide the best opportunity to succeed, often including evenings and Saturdays.
  • BA or BS degree desired, but not required

  2. Compensation - This role is 100% commission based beyond a brief salary through training.
  3. Onboarding - The first week requires being in Houston, Monday-Friday, for our initial week of intensive training program. Beyond week one, training will largely continue in your respective market.
