We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead the on-site execution of our transformative outdoor living projects.

Role Overview:
As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll be the linchpin of project success. From pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs, you’ll manage every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. Working alongside a Construction Coordinator, you’ll develop detailed project plans, oversee on-site operations, and guarantee exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead On-Site Operations: Oversee project phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Plan Strategically: Develop project schedules, Gantt charts, and action plans that align with goals and budgets.
Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and trade partners while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact.
Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Proactively address challenges to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Act as a trusted guide for clients, providing excellent service from kickoff to completion, including warranty support.

What You Bring:

Strong conflict resolution skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional organization, time management, and planning skills.
Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace (spreadsheets), iPads, and laptops.
A results-driven mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve and adapt to dynamic project environments.
Proven experience in residential or commercial construction supervision or management (other managerial experience will be considered).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields (preferred). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
