Role: Inside Sales - Senior Account Executive
Reporting to: Cody Smith, Associate Director of Inside Sales
Although this is a work from home position, applicants must be located in Houston, TX or the surrounding area. Expected earnings for this position are $60-$80k in year one with potential to build a book of business likely to earn $100k+ beyond the first year.
Mission/Purpose:
To provide ongoing maintenance for Carvestone installations via biannual reseals, additional repairs, and knowledgeable conversations about a client’s existing space.

Technical Knowledge:
Required:
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience using CRM Tools
- Ability to quickly learn new software & web-based tools
Desired:
- Experience with VoIP phone systems
- Experience & proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar software
- Background or knowledge of construction best practices

Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience meeting targets, goals, or quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Self-starter, intrinsically motivated to exceed sales targets.
Desired:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience exceeding targets, goals, or quotas.
- Experience in construction or related field
- Understanding of construction management processes
