Role: Inside Sales - Senior Account Executive
Reporting to: Cody Smith, Associate Director of Inside Sales

Although this is a work from home position, applicants must be located in Houston, TX or the surrounding area. Expected earnings for this position are $60-$80k in year one with potential to build a book of business likely to earn $100k+ beyond the first year.

Mission/Purpose:
To provide ongoing maintenance for Carvestone installations via biannual reseals, additional repairs, and knowledgeable conversations about a client’s existing space.

Technical Knowledge:
Required:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience using CRM Tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new software & web-based tools

Desired:

  • Experience with VoIP phone systems
  • Experience & proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar software
  • Background or knowledge of construction best practices

Qualifications:
Required:

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience meeting targets, goals, or quotas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Self-starter, intrinsically motivated to exceed sales targets.

Desired:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience exceeding targets, goals, or quotas.
  • Experience in construction or related field
